i went to watch Habibie & Ainun last saturday. it's a love story between the third president of Indonesia and his wife based on his autobiography -so i heard.
his wife character stood up, and it inspire me to become a stronger person who could support my future man through the darkest tunnel. Habibie sure is a lucky man, to have met and spent his life with his soul mate.
it is true that behind every successful man there's a very strong woman behind him.
and also, that God's timing is perfect.

i said hi to my old college friend, she was one of messiest person i had ever known, messy in terms of personal life. but she was so ever frank about it and can't be bothered with what others thought of her. i admire her for that. now she had settled down, met a nice guy, got married and has a very cute baby boy.
if i were to think of those messy stories she had shared with me. imagine those she had left out- afraid i couldn't digest too much. she survived, she flourished. im so glad, very very glad.

then there's also masterchef 3 american version- i bet you guys who followed had known that the winner who beat the odds, stood out against the rest competitor, is a BLIND lady. a blind lady who was insecure and slowly built up her confidence along the way.
strong souls are those that doesn't quit when things got rough. and that's why they become stronger and stronger. challenges are laid on their way to strengthen their soul.
watching this kind of show is my daily reminder.
thank you Universe for all these reminders.
