little teaching on 'letting go'

thanks dear for your Christmas gift. the effects doubled because you didn't really tell me directly. i want to pass this on to another dear friend, let us both learn to master this together =)

People call you stupid. “Hey you stupid!” It’s one time. He hurts you once. If you let it go, it’s gone. GONE. DISAPPEAR. Easy and simple, right? Nothing complicated.

But if you keep carrying it, ‘Hey, why does he call me stupid? He doesn’t have any rights to call me stupid. I am not stupid. He is the stupid one.” By doing that you just call yourselves another four extra stupids. You’re hurting yourself again, and again, and again, and again.
