help!

i cant believe this! i dont know which one is the correct one, and the dictionary isn't really helping.

scenario:

i had bought some oranges and i want to left it on dining table with a note to my housemates, to offer it to them. initially i thought,

"guys, help yourself with the orange"

but the online dictionary is saying something more like 'help yourself to'

"guys, help yourself to the orange" <-------------- is the the correct one?

*_______* im confused......

yah online dictionary shows 'help yourself to (something)' - though i don't think 'help yourself with (sth)' is wrong ahhahaha.

but i feel more distracted everytime i see 'belief' and not 'believe'.

should be 'i cant believe' instead of 'i cant belief' hehe.
