lovely light hearted movie based on a novel of the same name by Neil Gaiman.
they make lots adjustment though, and the one that i love best is the adjustment to the ending.
a perfect happy ending- of course! instead of the-rather-sad-original ending.
it's a nice adventure and love story about a falling star and a handsome young lad who was in a quest to retrieve the fallen star to win the heart of his love.
the problem is, the star is actually a lady. and adding to the reason why she fallen from the sky at the first place- and witch who wants her heart to fed their immortality, bla bla bla, it turns to be an interesting adventure =D
how funny to think, when we stare into the night, into the stars, do they stare back?
how funny to think that the fallen star is a lady and she remain in human form because she had fallen into a magical territory. she would turns into a lump of rock once it cross into our world.
magical world is so boundless =D that's why i love fantasy stories =D
