orchard river?

if you say flood has visited indonesia road again, i bet everybody will just shrug and say,
"oh well. again." or "now we know it's rainy season" or something.

but when you see it is singapore's orchard road that was flooded after a heavy downpour, i almost couldn't belief it myself. as are many other people out there.

one fellow even post up a comment:

'That is the end of the world. Play hard & enjoy the left over period. 2012 may come early.'

^____^; oh well....poor retailers and poor citizen and of course poor civil servant, definitely will get slammed hard by their citizen ^_____^;
