My perception

all sort of little humour that i have has all left my body.

the supplier neglected the cancellation order email and sent in 50 boxes product that we do not need. it's a huge number considering this low season.

the part that really really makes me angry is that she barked and denied receiving the email that i sent about the cancellation, sent on the exact same day.

too bad lady, your salesperson replied it and said will help with the coordination.

too bad for us, that stupid salesperson didn't help out.

it's really annoying that her email only receives order and not cancellation email. really, wtf??
