phone call

i guest being overly friendly with a stranger is a big NO-NO

especially feeling symphatic to a-sounding-very-stressed-person

i picked up most of the phone calls in office, and just now i get a call looking for my boss and colleague who are out for meeting. i recognize the voice as a desperate-sounding-guy-named-Erick.

he was very disappointed that he couldn't get a hold of my boss. then he starts mumbling about the contrator is chasing him up, hammering him, and he said the next time he calls again he must be calling from his bed in hospital if my boss weren't to reply his request of drawings.

poor guy, i thought.

he mumbles alot and very quick, and i just cut him short, 'chill' because i don't know what else i should say. i am not a naturally symphatic person either.

then he suddenly sounds enlighten. he asked me whether i could give him my boss's hp no. there's a quick wondering in my mind but i just ignore it and tell him the number.

'thank's Peggy, i will tell mr. Lau that you gave me his number so that he can scold you.'

!! so much gratitude shown !!

no wonder he never had my boss hp number! (ARG!!) damn! but for such a person he will get his paid for saying those mean things.

welcome my 21st!

Well, welcome 21! I had few wishes for this year:

1. to be wiser
2. to be smarter
3. to be richer

I am me, somebody who still needs to get better. I am still very far from reaching the fullest point of my cup yet.

Some very serious problems need to be handled are:

1. not to lose temper when I am frustrated
2. not to quit just because I had failed
3. not to run when I have to learn


I still had my ultimate wish, to have my own hotel chain, a mountain side-resort, and a beach resort.

I want to be a rich woman, to have lots of money in my hand. For what you ask? For myself, people that I love, and those who need helps.

Money is not the most important thing in this life, but it certainly does affect all other important things.

I need a huge amount of courage to improve myself to become a better person.


I wished to have a bday celebration with friends and a bday song.
I wished to become like haruhi with host club members around her ;)
I wished my holiday will be a great one!
I wished to see kefalonia soon!!

I wished that my bosses and ex-bosses healthy and good luck in business

I wished Adrian get a good working environment too

I wished Joe, Ashley, maple girl, Lydia, Siao Hooi, Tingyun happy days ahead

I wished Dion will quickly get out of univ and starts earning big bucks like what he always wished for

I wished my cousin Titin will get a happy univ life and be able to get what she wants

I wished Juss a good smooth sailing interesting life in USA

I wished Itin and Vita smooth sailing in their study and of course, stay happy with hubbies

I wished Caroline to get married soon. And the same goes to Jai. And also Nat! to Mr. tang too! (All my colleagues ^^) *plus Tao ken hahahaha

I wished kuan win.....to be happy happy everyday and....get a princess ASAP ASAP ASAP

I wished eugene....can stay happy with val....forever and ever :D happy aniv!

There’s lot more people that I wanted to wish back but I don’t know what sort of personal wished they want, so I just want to say thanks, wish you all healthy and happy and to be a step closer to your dreams :D

Summary of my 20th

To reflect back, my 20^th had been a very special year.

That’s when I first earning my own money

That’s when I graduated and get my diploma

That’s when I had a turning point and moving to find a new cheese

That’s when I first heard a guy said I’m attractive and asked me to be his girlfriend

That’s when I had courage to clear up thing from the past that I had been running away from

That’s when I finally get to take picture with my secret heart crush and eventually become friend now

That’s when I found some very special girlfriends that I wished we will stay friends until we have grand kids

That’s when I first realize that the world is within my reach. And I am not that hopeless as I was before

That’s when I get the blessing of knowing people from metamosaic

That’s when I first learn the feeling of falling in love

That’s when I learn to say I love you freely

That’s when I found friends to whom I can say I love you freely

That’s when I get my back hurt and surprisingly, get something good out of it

That’s when I met a lot of gentlemen who had been good and caring of me

That’s when I truly start to learn how to love myself.

Praise the LORD!

Half slipper

There’s no way to rate which birthday present is the best, but this one is kinda extraordinary.

My friend told me a story about how he once lost a slipper and only to realize it when he reached home an hour drive later.

The hit is, he got into the driver seat with only one side of his slipper.

When he said that, suddenly my mind is playing an animated scene of the half slipper who is panicking and shouting and looking up to his owner’s foot- which slowly going into the car, then the camera move into the bottom of driver seat, and show’s the gap between car and car door slowly getting smaller and the slipper was crying, ‘NOOoooOOOOoooooooooooo’

I couldn’t belief that! My mind just doesn’t register such an act. How could he?!! To lose a pair of slipper is acceptable, but to lose half in such a fashion?!

It just tickled my laugh-nerve and I laughed and laughed and laughed for very long, seriously laughing from my heart. I don’t even know why, but it just funny.

I mentioned that he should put some sticky note ‘have you got both of your slipper?’ Or perhaps a drawing of half slipper and a question mark. Certainly only he would understand and it could be artistic :p

We then laughed and laughed until our chin’s muscled crammed.

I had never laughed like that since……I couldn’t remember since when. But it had been a while. Thanks for the joke (*though it must be the last of your intention)

here's my 1st attempt, this is for a resort at the mountain slope, where the selling point is -of course- the mountain breeze, the trees, the fresh air, the flowers and greeneries, a relaxing place, escape from the hectic city life.

that's why i want the 'relax' to be a very relax type (T_T erm i dont hv enough collection) i want it to be a...un-formal, the slacking type, the friendly one. and followed by a clean cut and simple 'inn' so that the contrast stand out and also as to say... 'guarantee good service'

personally i like the 1st relax. just that it is too straight :( or maybe the last one. but i dont like the R.

for the colour i like the last one, but then.. it kinda more to sea side then mountain slope bcoz it's turquoise. maybe the 4th one.. i want a very light feel, easy, something... smooting relaxing. a relax feel that you get when you are near the greeneries. (*colors might appear abit different on other screens)
