baking trial 2

sit the dough for more than an hour bcoz it didn't raise at first

which was because i didn't mixed the raising flour with warm water and instead pour it straight into the flour :( that's why it didn't raise well

oversize air pocket.... total failure.

alright..i played this weeks ago. total disaster. post it up just for self reminder.... that success is going from failure to failure without the loss of interest!
