today is a great sunny day. i love the perfect blue sky peeking through the cute cuddly clouds. and the sun make the green on the trees looks absolutely stunning.

yesterday i meet up with chee wee and he told me one good sentence(s) to remind your client about the deadline ahead and altogether telling them to stop changing things.
"im worried for you, im worried for your project. at this rate, if you still cant make up your mind them i feel sorry to see you cant open your store at the time you wish."
i know, i know, every problems appear before me is because God wants to teach me new things. is to let me to learn becoming a better person.
and this round, it is about the art of closing the deal. the art of getting what i want in my hand.
