chatted with bro just now,
he told me about the broken english enviroment he had now. he is studying medical at china now.
then he told me this.
his friend was on the phone, with an indian classmate, so they were talking in english.
"why didn't you inform me that?" the indian friend said.
"i am sorry, because my phone dont have pulse anymore"
........
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...
aiyoh.
actually
in indo, we call the phone credit = pulsa
so he goes and translate it become pulse
but since they are studying medical,
to me it strikes as a funny remarks ^_________________^

the cord blood
just back from lunch with boss and senior. we had an interesting topic during the meal.
it's all about baby thingy! how interesting!
my senior is a happy-baby boy's-father to be in another 3 months time.
so i asked whether he had thinked about the name.
it turns out that they will engage certain professional to calculate the date of birth (time, bla bla and so on) and get a name match to the born period. then my boss said, at KK (kandang kerbau) hospital, there is an office inside providing this service! and apparently there's also some random packet of...errm...to make a caligraphy brush using your baby hair, and ect ect sourvenir thingy.
interesting topic right! probably because i had never heard of things like this from friends of course hahaha
and then boss said, "well, the brush is not that important compare to cordblad"
what?
" cord blood, you know the blood inside the cord connecting the baby and the mother"
@____@ har?
do you know that you can now frost your baby's cord blood and keep it in the blood bank for (well for his both babies,) it cost $1000 for the 1st year (including all the equipments needed to keep the blood) and subsequently few hundred bucks to pay to the blood bank to keep it frozen -4o degrees?
what?
oh well, he said, if -touchwood- the child sticken with blood disease, this cord blood can be the key to the survival. it is still under research, well hope something useful really can come out from it~
yes, this thing is kinda new. he said 4 years ago it was still unheard but nowdays it is almost like common practice already. well, something like...insurance. "just in case"
but to keep this blood, you need to make sure to withdraw certain amount from the cord. if it happen that the cord blood doesn't reach that amount, then..well...you cant keep it. after the collection, this blood will be send to the laboratory for them to...seperate the wanted-and unwanted component for keeping.
hmnn...interesting piece of info!
sure everyday is a new learning day

travelling blog: bryan wong's
recently type his name on yahoo and noticed that he writes blog!
so i visited his blog, and wolaaa!
he is a host for lots of variety programmes, especially travelling. and so he had lots of NICE pictures and info for his previous visits to places!
those pictures in his blog are really tempting. seriously. make me drool and wants to be there n.o.w. like, "DORAEMON PLEASE LEND ME YOUR PINTU-KEMANA-SAJA, i want to go the place bryan mentioned!" XD hahaha...
he did a home decor programme before, which i think his creation is not bad.
and this saturday happened to watch his show, travelling to Hydra - Greece (ARRRR!!!) Burano - Venice, and a small island at Japan.
i like his sleek handsome look and his hairstyle totally reminds me of...chinese vintage style..at the time when western fashion just enter china, while ladies still in cheong sam and guy started to wear suit. wasn't the hairstyle back then looked just like his? *probably with more hair-gel-shiny-look* hehhehe*
in short,
i think he is very very very very very very good looking hahhahaha XD

garbage collector
i had a nice long john silver lunch :D
though while i was having it, i happened to take a glance at a young man outside the restaurant.
i was sitting right next to the big glass side-facade, facing a small lane.
there, at the corner of my eyes, i saw a man standing at the lane, and i dont quite know why, i turned my head and caught his eyes.
there's nothing outstanding about his appearance. with his normal working shirt and carrying a black back, he is definitely a working fella.
but he had such a hateful glare. he was obviously angry about something. i quickly dropped my eyes and turn to face my food.
and then he walked towards my direction and kept his angry stare at me.
keep staring as if i was the sole source of his troubles, and then he walk away.
for a split second i wonder if he would walk in to the restaurant and start to scold me.
then i think of this certain email send to me by a friend:
HUKUM TRUK SAMPAH
Mereka berjalan kelilingmembawa sampah, seperti frustrasi, kemarahan, kekecewaan.Seiring dengan semakin penuh kapasitasnya, semakin mereka membutuhkan tempatuntuk membuangnya, & seringkali mereka membuangnya kepada anda.
Jangan ambil hati, tersenyum saja, lambaikan tangan, berkati mereka, lalu lanjutkan hidup.
so therefore dear friends,
we all should refrain from becoming...garbage collector right?

word of wisdom
from kaemin's blog:
A wise girl kisses but doesn't love,
listens but doesn't believe,
and leaves before she is left.
