another year younger

"stay seventeen each time you get one year older"

i'm officially 23 years young now.

dear Lord, thank you for everything i had received during my 22nd!

it was a really blissful and happy year!

i had my very first 5km run =D it was really fun, hoping to join a 10km or even the full marathon soon!

met many many good friends at singapore, from work, to aikido class, to random weekend outings, everybody had made my life a little bit brighter and better.

had a real amazing house owner, who doesn't only cook extra portion for me but giving me advices and encouragement like a mother would. i will always remember how she points out that girl must not depend on their husband, that girl must not stay traditional and expecting the partner to provide for her. she must work hard for her own life too.

and about being nice to other people will bring more nice people around you.

i couldn't have thank Universe enough for my bosses. i mean of course there's complains but im really glad to have chance to know them.

and universe provide me a chance to fulfil a dream of having a whole family trip, and indeed we went to bali!

gosh, i had my wisdom tooth out! thank you tooth, for being nice to me all the while even though you are growing totally horizontal but it has never troubled me even once. and of course thanks to the awesome dentist!

pulau ubin cycling trip is very special for me because then i realize how much i like cycling and the greenery and the fun of having breeze on your face when you cycle, and the sweat knowing you had burnt some calories and strengthen your muscles!

thanks to all ex colleague, especially a ken, bringing me to eat the awesome steam fish and awesome dinner! thanks Jaclyn for coming along it was really a nice trip, should make it longer isn't it!

i couldn't thanks Universe enough too for my family at Singapore, cousin and auntie uncle, thank you for being there. thank you for all the dinners, thank you for all your helps. it is really nice to know you have a family you can depend on being away from home.

back to manado, thank you Universe for the chance to come in terms with my mom. and with everything else. all those painful memories or feeling residue from the old times, i finally have a chance to face it and come to peace with alot of things.

and i had fun baking and driving. oh not to forget all the food that dad and mom has provided, having every single little things i want to eat available. that's really what i called being pampered.

thanks for old friends, bringing me around home town for foods and laughter, hope there will be another next round =D and i will be the driver hehehhe!

thank you again for arranging all the things related to my study, everything was extremely smoothly done, every single point, that no human could possibly arrange it by themselves. i had fun while at jakarta, got chance to meet old high school friends =)

thank you for giving me chance to understand a little bit more on Buddhism, that's a really nice starting point for me.

thank you for the friends i met here, i haven't met many, but those few are really nice people. that's all that i need. and thank you for both of my house mates, they are respectful and nice people. we aren't close but we are good in terms of sharing house together =)

thank you universe that i got 2 real nice teachers, and a very meaningful project brief, hope i can pull it through nicely!

and universe thank you for opening way for me to move to a better hostel. hopefully i can settle the current hostel asap and able to move to the new one with zero trouble =)

this weekend we are going to go London and stay overnight one night =) hope the weather will be good and protect us on the road =)
