i learned few new glossary lately ^^ thought I'm still not so sure about all of it ^^

Mortgage, fixed rate mortgage (FRM), adjustable rate mortgage (ARM), escrow, foreclosure, deed of trust, tax lien, hybrid ARM, caps, redemption.

pretty interesting~ i have to read more about things like this! btw that's are things related to property deal.


lately had been putting attention to movies too. few coming one that i think i should watch are:

a. my blueberry night
b. under the same moon
c. 21
d. the forbidden kingdom {jet li and jackie chan you know! must be worthed to watch!}

and some that i had missed:

a. harry potter and the goblet of fire
b. enchanted (!!!!)
c. stardust (!!!!)
d. Al pacino's movie {erm, i just want to take a look into that genre, might be interesting right?}
e. 2046 {i think i'm gonna watch it at crunchyroll}

heheee~ and of course not to forget heroes season 2!! heheeee~~
